- We make every effort to ensure information is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that descriptions, images, or availability are error-free.
- You agree not to use our website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
3. Puppy Reservations & Deposits
- To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required. This secures your chosen puppy or a place on our waiting list.
- Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final payment for your puppy is due before or upon collection.
4. Prices & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change.
- Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
- Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation.
5. Collection & Ownership
- Puppies must be collected in person unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received.
- We do not ship puppies overseas.
6. Health & Veterinary Care
- All puppies leave with age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and veterinary health checks.
- We provide a written puppy health record at collection.
- While we take every measure to ensure the health of our puppies, we cannot guarantee against future illness, inherited conditions, or unforeseen health issues once the puppy leaves our care.
7. Responsibility of New Owners
- By purchasing a puppy, you agree to provide a safe, loving, and responsible home.
- You agree to continue with vaccinations, parasite prevention, training, and socialisation.
We strongly recommend appropriate pet insurance to cover unexpected veterinary costs.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of live animals, we cannot provide refunds once a puppy has been collected.
- If you are unable to keep your puppy or dog at any point in the future, you must contact us and return your puppy to Beach View Doodles so that we can assist with rehoming.
9. Liability
- We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages once the puppy has left our care.
- Nothing in these Terms seeks to limit our liability for death or injury caused by negligence or for any rights you may have under UK consumer law.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
